Häiriö kuului täällä eilen vielä klo 2000 jälkeenkin. Tänään häiriöääni on vaihtunut taajuuden 1377kHz yläpuolelle. Jos tahallista häirintää niin ehkä voisi tulla Iranista? Kyllähän se tullinimikkeen määrittely on aika vaikeaa, varsinkin elektroniikan osalta. Jos yritys tuo samaa tavaraa pitempään, kannattaa hakea sitova tariffitieto, joka muistaakseni on ilmainen. Mutta tosiaan, vaikka jokin tavara menee nollatullillisen nimikkeen mukaan, ALV silti kannetaan koko EU:ssa. However, the signal never improved beyond threshold unfortunately. (Chuck Bolland, November 19, 2010) Unident, 4814.97, 2330-2359, Noted a very weak station here with comments. Unable to pull any details from the comments due to the QRM that's just nearby. Ecuador and Brazil are both listed on this frequency, but the noise is too solid to hear anything significant. Can't even identify the language. (Chuck Bolland, November 19, 2010) Spain, 21540.007, REE, 1445-1455 Noted news and comments in Spanish during the period. At 1455 full ID in Spanish by a female before going off the air at 1455*. Signal was fair with interference from Kuwiat. I wonder if that is intentional or just a mistake by the Engineers? I guess they are within their assigned parameters, but it is interesting. [HCDX] Radio Free S'wak goes on air .
Radio Free Sarawak, is aimed as an alternative voice for Sarawakians. In an e-mail to FMT, the Bruno Manser Foundation, said that the new alternative radio station will have two daily broadcasts on shortwave, presumably in Iban and Bahasa Malaysia. It aims at Sarawak's rural communities who lack access to independent media, stated the e-mail. It is an open secret that the media in Sarawak are strictly controlled by the state government under Chief Minister Abdul Taib Mahmud and logging companies who own and control all major media outlets in the state. The transmission details of Radio Free Sarawak are as follows: 1st transmission: 0630-0730 local time (GMT +8) on 7590 kHz (short wave) 2nd transmission: 1800-1900 local time (GMT +8) on 15680 kHz (short wave) The e-mail had also attached a message from the producers of Radio Free Sarawak. Below is the message; Please send the details to all your Sarawak friends so that they know the existence of the radio-which will become an alternative news source to the Sarawakians, especially to those who stay in the interior. 30 Oct 2010) at 20:30 they started the Spanish programme on 5950 and 7200
kHz. The A-10 channels 7300 and 9780 are empty. The Sitkunai relay 6055
is still on the air in parallel. The speaker still announces the A-10
frequencies, though.

Hello, SWR does confirm reception reports with QSL, but there might be quite long delay in responding. I had to wait almost one year for QSL from them! And they also hope to receive IRC tickets to cover mail expenses.
