Noin vuosi sitte kun Madagascar World Voice aloitti, oli myös 
vanäjänkielisten
ohjelmien alussa "local Madagascar ID" vemäjäksi vaikka loppuohjelma oli 
KNSL:n.
Ehkä tuo osio on nykyään poistettu, ohjelman sisällön kuuntelijoille 
lienee se

ja sama mistä lähetys taivaalle singotaan, pääasia että kuuluu ;-)

MWV releoi ainakin KNLS:n venäjänkielistä ohjelmaa sellaisenaan. 
Ainakin viime vuoden loppupuolella kun sitä kuuntelin, ID oli KNLS 
ja osoite Anchor Point, Alaska (venäjäksi hauskasti liudennetulla 
ällällä). Sen lisäksi oli myös postiosoite Pietariin. KNLS:n lisäksi 
asema luonnehti itseään sanoilla "radiostantsija novaja zhizn" eli 
uusi elämä / new life. Tämä siis Madagaskarin taajuudella. 
Madagaskarista ei ainakaan tuolloin sanottu mitään 
asemakuulutuksessa.  ( Ja nyt juuri taajuudella 9570 kHz (1846 UTC) 
sanottiin taas "radiostantsija novaja zhizn" & "radiostantsija KNLS 
novaja zhizn".)


Nämä erilaiset puolin ja toisin releoinnit vaikeuttavat todellisen 
lähettimen tietämistä pelkän kuuntelun avulla. Esim. R Japan / NHK 
World lähettää ohjelmaansa vaikkapa Issoudunin tai Moosbrunnin 
kautta, mutta ID sanoo vain "R Japan, Tokyo", vaikka radiosignaali 
ei tule läheltäkään Japania.

Pahimmillaan joutuu muutaman tuokion haravoimaan nettiä, ennen 
kuin löytyy mitään - jos löytyy. Lyhytaaltokuuntelijoiden 
palveleminen taitaa hiljalleen rapistua niilläkin toimijoilla 
jotka vielä toimivat lyhyillä aalloilla. Kun potentiaaliset 
kuuntelijat eivät tiedä lähetyksistä, ei tuota suurta tuskaa 
lopettaa.

SW-infon ja SW-schedulen mukaan taajuuden pitäisi olla 9720 kHz. 
9720 kHz taajuus on täysin tyhjä, taajuudella 9730 kHz on CRI 
(Kashi-Saibagh).


Kysymys kuuluu – miten ihmeessä ko. aseman ahkerat kuuntelijat 
tietävät, mille taajuudelle vastaanotin viritetään?


Ongelmat ovat samat monen muunkin lähetysfirman sivuilla … on 
hyvin vaikea löytää ajantasaisia sivuja, joissa kerrotaan 
taajuudet ja lähetysajat. Turha sitten ihmetellä kuuntelijoiden 
passiivisuutta …
