No insider information Jack, but I'd be very surprised if the E44 counted. He stated on the air that he had no license from the PLA, and was operating under Israeli authority (presumably military).
Anyone heard anything on the last Chesterfield operation? Awfully quiet on this one!
I seem to recall that TX0AT submitted something to DXCC, but the material was illegible, so a re-submission has been requested. I'm sure I'll be corrected if I've got that wrong.
