[DX-CHAT] WAS rules
Just a query!! The WAS rules still say 2 way communication, i.e 2 x SSB, 2x CW etc, BUT do the QSL's still have to have this on??? I remember hearing that this was dropped for DXCC some time ago, but not sure about WAS. FYI: Just worked HK0GU on 15m CW.
