Yes, single-element verticals.  I almost won the category in CQ WPX SSB 
1998 using a single G5RV and a Cushcraft R-7 vertical.

Well, if you have two triband verticals, say a Hy-gain and a Cushcraft, and 
they are NOT phased together, then I think this still qualifies.  Steve 
K6AW is the king of WPX now and he has the final say.
