The soundcard cowboys strike again

I'm not against using the soundcard and pc for communication on the cheap,
but don't we have enough MFSK modes already?  And it doesn't seem
particularly efficient to me.

The thinking is those from the US mailing to just Mongolia get routed through Russia and many dont make it to their intended recipient. Sending
it to Mongolia via Japan seems to be a
safer route. I personally have had success via Japan!

Strongly recommend Mongolia, via Japan.
Otherwise standard USPO routing is via Russia, where it will
disappear.

I have been successful without the via Japan part-received a card 
back from JT1CN (not CO) in less than 1 month with just Mongolia.  
Didn't know they got routed through Russia, but I guess it makes sense.

If I ever had a problem with a Mongolia QSL, I always
resent to JT1CS(Bat) via Japan. Worked every time. I think JT1CS knows every
