No of records found in VU4 Log, with a number at the end.

 I go to the VU4 qsl manager at www.niar.org/vu4/qsl
 and enter my callsign. It shows that they received my qsl card for
 qso with VU4RBI on Dec 23 but at the top of the page it says
 no record found in VU4 log.
 Has anyone else had this problem for qsos around Dec 23?
 Is the VU4RBI log incomplete?
