They were trying to get licence for 30m but without any success so far. Only a few stations are allowed to be active on 30m ,I suppose all with XQ prefix. Kelly,I recommend you K9AY Loop,its working on the base of EWE but is easy to construct and has all 4 directions. I was using EWEs but since at least 5 years K9AY and in my opinion its better solution.
