He's now UA9PC.  Check him out on QRZ.com with that call and
dig for more info.  Apparently he and some other ops have a
contest station in Cyprus.  Sorry can't be of more help.

I worked 5B/KC7RVN during the ARRL I'ntnl CW DX
contest on 18 February 2006.  

However, my card to KC7RVN's stateside address was
