[Dx4win] County List Error
No, it can't be edited. But it was fixed in 5.03, along with several others. You need to update/merge your country file. 73 - Jim AD1C p.s. your Email name says KOPP - should it say K0PP? [Dx4win] Serial port problem with Icom 756 Pro
Have ver 5. on a laptop. It was working fine until I unhooked the serial cable to the CV17 connection to an Icom 756 Pro to take the laptop portable for another use. When I hooked the serial cable back up, the software will no longer control the radio and seems unable to make the serial connection. Any ideas? I did confirm that there are no device conflicts or IRQ conflicts. Com 3 has its own interrupt and appears to have no other devices on it but the radio will not respond to the software set on com 3 in Preferences. Thanks, Andy K5VM
[Dx4win] County List Error
Not true. Ver 5.03 still has the Yuma, CA (should be Yuba) error and also Autaga, AL (should be Autauga). Would also like to see Dade, FL changed to Miami-Dade, FL, and Richmond, NY changed to Staten Island which would match what the county hunters use. Ver. 5.05 did fix some other county errors. 73, Larry Benko, W0QE Jim Reisert AD1C wrote: No, it can't be edited. But it was fixed in 5.03, along with several others. [Dx4win] Label Printing Question
I played around with the program and suspect that this is a bug. If you tell the program to put those without a buro into Other and then decide to print Other, it doesn't show any labels. If I print all the number is 263. 2. If I tell it to ignore those who where a bureau is not available, I print 243. 3. I haven't found a way to print those other 18 after reading over the doc and trying various things with the options available in label printing. Clearly I have missed something and would appreciate help. I have saved the log with no labels printed so I can come back to it any time and do it again. [Dx4win] DX Spoting Window
Does anybody have an explanation why my own call doesn't show up in the DX Spotting Window when I post a spot? All other spots show up with the spotters callsign. Except when I post a spot the spot shows up OK,but my callsign does not. It shows up on everybody else's Spotting Windows, except mine. Was working fine till recently. Using Telnet with arc software. Please advise. Thanks,STU [EMAIL PROTECTED]
