[Dx4win] Sound volume control on Windows 2000

the sound controllable by Windows?

Not in this version, Kris. I have asked Paul to look into this for a
future version. In my case, it's barely audible at ALL. I sure wish
announcements etc. went through the sound card channel if one was installed.

[Dx4win] Multiple logs

2003-06-03 Thread David
Hi,

I know this has been answered before so I apologise for asking the same
question again.

When I print the labels for my QSL cards I would like to be able to print
the callsign with /P or EA/G4RQI appended if the QSO was when I was
operating portable or abroad.

Can someone tell me how to do this as I've looked through the help file and
the answer isn't leaping out at me. I guess I have to create separate log
files (G4RQI/P, EA/G4RQI) to start with but can I merge them into one main
log file and still print the QSl with /P or EA/ ??

Hope that makes sense...

Regards

David

[Dx4win] Groups

2003-06-03 Thread David
Hi,

PY2YP SV1DPI have been very helpful regarding setting up my log using
groups but I'm a bit stuck when it comes to importing an ADIF file.

Can some one explain this regarding groups When adding new QSOs, the
initial value is obtained from the default QSO (which one is that and how do
you change it?). All subsequent entries will be copied from the last QSO
entered.

I'm trying to import an ADIF file and I want the group to be set to say 001
can someone enlighten me as I seem to be a bit thick today.

Regards

David
