[Dx4win] version 8.02 8.03 and Error 0XC0150002

HNY 2010;

Yesterday had a serious problem with my PC and had to format it and 
install everything again. Today with the Windows XP again and all 
updates, when start dx4win 8.02 (and also with the 8,03) get the error 
0XC0150002. Others programs like WinTest are working ok. Yesterday, 
before the problem; in this PC with the same OS worked perfectly. Pse, 
any ideas?

[Dx4win] Cabrillo or txt format

Time to time I have to send to my manager (W3HNK) my updated log.

But he can only accept in .txt format or Cabrillo.

How can I generate from my 8.03 version that kind of file?
