If you're using the update utility: http://dx4win.ad1c.us/update.htm I suggest you wait until you see the country file (DX4WIN.CTY) announcement before running it. Hi Folks, I just logged into the ARRL Logbook of the World web site and noticed that TQSL has been updated from version 1.11 to version 1.13. There has been no official word yet from the ARRL which runs the DXCC program. Once there is official word, I will make any required changes to the country file ASAP. I followed the link and the download shows a zip file called tqsl-113.zip. Look's like the new one to me. I did not try to unzip the file yet.
