[Dx4win] Icom 706 MKIIG

2011-05-05 Thread KD3TB
I am trying to set up a second radio - Icom 706 MKIIG - and having
difficulty getting Dx4Win to recognize the radio. I know the com port is
working as the radio is recognized with other software. Cat is set to 58H
with a baud rate of 19100. I am using Dx4Win version 8.05. I have already
tried a number of settings with no luck.

Any suggestions.

Thanks, Irwin - KD3TB

I got it to work - I found a listing in the older archives and it worked.

Please disregard, Irwin KD3TB

[Dx4win] DX4WIN Data Updater documentation under construction

2011-05-05 Thread Jim Reisert AD1C
[oops, I thought I sent this earlier Thursday, but it was stuck in my
Drafts folder.]

I've decided to re-organize the DX4WIN Data Updater documentation into
a more user-friendly (I hope) format. For the next day or two, things
may look strange or out-of-order. I hope to get all the changes done
by the weekend.

I'm also adding documentation about a couple of new features.

Stay tuned for a release over the weekend.

Does v3.1 still work as previously documented?
