[Dx4win] Deleting Receive Window Contents in MMTTY
Would someone please tell me the steps in MMTTY to 'Clear' the Receive Window in this program by using only one key stroke? Until recently I was able to 'Wipe Clean' this window (the Receive Window) by only hitting the F8 key. I guess I must have changed something, because, It don't work no more, and obviously I can't find my instruction sheet!! I will surely thank someone who can help me; I really don't like going to the 'VIEW and etc., etc., when the one key did it all. Thanks, Bill Cooper W5ZAF __ DX4WIN mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:DX4WIN@mailman.qth.net This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html

Re: [Dx4win] Deleting Receive Window Contents in MMTTY
right click over the window gives ALT+C as option to clear the window. F8 normally has a macro. I don't know if you can add a control character (something like % + a capital letter) to clear the window in F8. So pressing F8 clear the window... 73 Kostas sv1dpi - Original Message - From: WILLIAM COOPER billcooper9...@sbcglobal.net To: DX4WIN DX4WIN@mailman.qth.net Sent: Tuesday, August 30, 2011 6:27 PM Subject: [Dx4win] Deleting Receive Window Contents in MMTTY Would someone please tell me the steps in MMTTY to 'Clear' the Receive Window in this program by using only one key stroke? [Dx4win] DX Calendar
Here is my first attempt to create a calendar for DX4WIN. It's derived from 425 DX News #1060 ( http://www.jdxn.net/dx/110827-425-cal.htm ): http://dx4win.ad1c.us/calendar.txt Right-click on the link above and choose Save as. To load the calendar into DX4WIN, go to File | Calendar then: File | Import data dd/mm/ (make sure to select this date format, not the mm/dd/ format). The conversion still needs a little bit of work, this is just to get started. If you notice any differences between the on-line calendar and the one in DX4WIN, let me know (there are a lot of different formats to try to parse). I may find these problems myself, but every little bit helps. If people like this, I'll try to incorporate it into the DX4WIN Data Updater, and try to create the calendar on a weekly basis (I believe the bulletins come out on Friday). You'll still have to import the calendar each time (after updating/downloading). Maybe some day tine future, there will be a way to avoid that last step, but not today. 73 - Jim AD1C -- Jim Reisert AD1C, jjreis...@alum.mit.edu, http://www.ad1c.us __ DX4WIN mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:DX4WIN@mailman.qth.net This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
