[Dx4win] Panadapter SW
Hi Folks, I am trying to integrate DX4Win with panadapter software (which one is TBD) and I cannot figure out how to get the FT9K to send frequency info and receive commands to/from DX4Win and the panadapter software. It appears from the advertizing that a virtual serial port splitter like the one from (http://www.serial-port-splitter.com/serial-port-splitter-examples.html) would allow both applications to talk to the FT9K over one physical port. Does anyone have actual experience with such an approach? Any other suggestions for virtual serial port splitters this one is pricy? Thanks for help, William Osborne. [Dx4win] Download from eQSL?
I'm trying to download from eQSL and I'm missing something. eQSL tells me it has made the file and for me to click ADIF or Text. I check ADIF and this file comes up on the screen with no options. I can right click on the file and save but its a text file? What am I missing? Re: [Dx4win] Download from eQSL?
adif is really a text file. Right click the adif file, save it in your computer and import in dx4win under eqslimport from eqsl 73 Kostas sv1dpi - Original Message - From: Paul Herson k...@yahoo.com To: DX4WIN@mailman.qth.net Sent: Tuesday, October 25, 2011 7:35 PM Subject: [Dx4win] Download from eQSL? Re: [Dx4win] Panadapter SW
I know nothing about your panadaptor, but I run a Kenwood rig control program and DX4WIN on the same serial port using the free virtual serial port emulator available from www.eterlogoc.com. 73, John K9EL -Original Message- From: dx4win-boun...@mailman.qth.net [mailto:dx4win-boun...@mailman.qth.net] On Behalf Of William Osborne Sent: Tuesday, October 25, 2011 11:09 AM To: dx4win@mailman.qth.net Subject: [Dx4win] Panadapter SW Hi Folks, I am trying to integrate DX4Win with panadapter software (which one is TBD) and I cannot figure out how to get the FT9K to send frequency info and receive commands to/from DX4Win and the panadapter software.
