Re: [Dx4win] IOTA Database
Well, that would seem to make IOTA logging a bit problematic with not only duplicate names, but duplicate prefectures!? (Check out the AS117 islands with the name of "O") I think I will stick with states and countries. :) Thanks, Jim. [Dx4win] IOTA Database
I don't participate in the IOTA program, but I try to keep my log current with IOTA entries in case I am ever so inclined. I was logging a recent BURO QSL that specified AS117 and noted what appeared to be corrupt IOTA Island names. I counted roughly 150 names with many duplications. Do I have a corrupt IOTA file or is there a more widespread problem with AS117? I was speechless when Chris presented the award to me last night. It was truly something I never expected in a million years, especially considering all the contesters gathered at Tim's house who have given back so much to the sport. >From the bottom of my heart, Danke schön! -- Jim Reisert AD1C, , http://www.ad1c.us __ DX4WIN mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:DX4WIN@mailman.qth.net This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
