A week after I wrote this, and my total is up to a whopping 252 mixed

[Dx4win] Master callsigns and Membership list (eQSL/LoTW) updated

2012-07-15 Thread Jim Reisert AD1C
I updated the Master Callsigns and Member Lists files today, you can
find out more here:

http://dx4win.ad1c.us/data/calldata.html

or just run the DX4WIN Data Updater to get them. At least it will
give you something to do during the radio blackout.

Tnx, but that number doesnt come as ' one column', that could be
deleted, but the number is integrated in the 'callsign colunm' as the
example I've given: "23, VE2DC"...I have last MS Office but being only one
simple user I dont have, perhaps, enough skills to solve this problem,...or
could it be solved just with one or two clicks? To delete, individually,
each number from each of more than 1500 lines is something...

Re: [Dx4win] Sorting out for WPX Award

2012-07-15 Thread Kostas Stamatis
If you have the submission ready, do a search for submitted qsos (expand
qso window with F5, then F8 and write an S in wpx mixed). You have all
the qsos you need. Under window>logbook you get a window looking as a
logbook. Right click on this and select report editor. You can add or
delete any of the columns you want. Leave only calls and after that you
will have the list you want only with calls. Again with right click
choose write to file, BUT

The list which is produced by dx4win which has a serial number in front
of the call is ok for anyone. I am CQ checker for Greece and there is no
problem either with numbers or not. It is easier with numbers for the
checker.

Can you not use a spreadsheet and delete the column?

If you don't have MS Office, there are free office suites available.
