Thanks Mike.

I was able to get the files manually and install them.

The updater quit working a while ago with the missing dll error.  I read
what the fix is but don't care to go that route untiI I see a new version
of DX4WIN released.

Not only is dx4win still supported, but a new version is now in beta
testing.  You don't say what version you are using, but for most recent
versions the best way to update any and all of the files is to use AD1C's
Data Updater:
http://dx4win.ad1c.us/updater/index.html 

You may also download the files manually:
http://dx4win.ad1c.us/  

The most recent country file was released just a few days ago:
http://www.country-files.com/category/dx4win/ 

You need to click where it says [download]:
