[Dx4win] Rig CAT
Hello, I just recently noticed that in the QSO logging screen when I am ready to add a new QSO, the band indicates correctly what it is receiving from the radio. However when the cluster is active, and feeding very frequent spots, the band will briefly change to match the spot received. I am almost 100% sure this is not the way it has behaved in the past. If you are about to enter a QSO, the log window should only be looking at the radio CAT data for the band. I do not have focus on the spot window, and everything seems to be working as it should. I just do not ever remember the grayed out band data constantly changing as the cluster spots are received. Is this normal? 73 Mark WA0MHJ __ DX4WIN mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:DX4WIN@mailman.qth.net This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
Re: [Dx4win] Ignore mode
Hi Paul, I believe this is normal operation - mine works that way also. And I believe someone has requested that Paul change "Ignore mode in real time" be changed to stay on until turned off, 73, Bud N7CW On Sun, Feb 10, 2019 at 2:01 AM Paul GRANGER wrote: > Hi again > Once a problem is solved, another one comes up ! > Now I have my Flex communicate with DX4Win > I am working in FT8 mode on 30m, so I have selected "Ignore mode in real > time", otherwise QSOs will be logged as RTTY, which I do not want. > BUT the "Ignore mode in real time" goes off after I log a QSO. > Why is it not frozen ? > How can I do that without havind to go to the radio menu and click there > again after each QSO ? > > 73 > Paul F6EXV > __ > DX4WIN mailing list > Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win > Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm > Post: mailto:DX4WIN@mailman.qth.net > > This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net > Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html > __ DX4WIN mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:DX4WIN@mailman.qth.net This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
Re: [Dx4win] Ignore mode
I use "Flexradio6000 1" as my radio file. DX4Win and Flex6500 talk perfectly to each other on Windows 10. 73, John K9EL -Original Message- From: dx4win-boun...@mailman.qth.net [mailto:dx4win-boun...@mailman.qth.net] On Behalf Of Paul GRANGER Sent: Sunday, February 10, 2019 4:02 AM To: REFLECTOR dx4win Subject: [Dx4win] Ignore mode Hi again Once a problem is solved, another one comes up ! [Dx4win] Ignore mode
Hi again Once a problem is solved, another one comes up ! Now I have my Flex communicate with DX4Win I am working in FT8 mode on 30m, so I have selected "Ignore mode in real time", otherwise QSOs will be logged as RTTY, which I do not want.
