[Dx4win] Mode keywords for clusterspots
Hello, just asking for a small improvement: There are keywords in the remarks of a clusterspot, which promp DX4WIN to recognise the spot as a Digital spot - for example FT8, RTTY ... But a lot of spots come only with remarks like FH or F/H (for FT8) - DX4WIN dont know these remarks an doesn't recognise these spots as digital. So maybe its possible, to add "FH" and "F/H" and "Fox" as a marker for digital spots? Maybe its also possible, to give the user the possibility to add these keywords by himself? In addition, maybe its also usefull, to add a function "Remark Alert" in the Setup Parameters - so you can get an alert for different remarks (or example IOTA- numbers, RDA numbers an so on) So, what du you think about that? [Dx4win] Mode-keywords for cluster spots
Hello, I have the following question: Is there any possibility, to edit those keywords for cluster spot remarks, which decide, whether a spot is a special mode? For example: If there is a spot with „FT8“ in the remark field, the program interprets the spot always as a digital mode spot. If there is s spot with „FT-8“ or „FT_8“ in the remark field, the programm interprets the spot as SSB or CW mode, regarding to the frequency!! It would be good, if a user can define those keywords by himself. Any suggestions? Thank you very much for any ideas! vy 73 Thomas, DL4MCF __ DX4WIN mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:DX4WIN@mailman.qth.net Message delivered to arch...@mail-archive.com This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html

[Dx4win] Detection of RTTY spots
Hello, I have some problems with RTTY and PSK cluster spots: Clusterspots without the keywords (RTTY, PSK…) are detected as CW or Phone (depending on the CW frequency cutoff for the band) – as a consequence of this, there are wrong or missing DX alerts. It would be a great improvement, to configure band-areas instead of CW frequency cutoff – for exemple on 20m: 14.000-14.070 = CW, 14.070-14.100 = DIG, 14.100-14.350 = Phone. Of corse the detection by keywords should be kept, so that Digital Spots out of this band-areas are still detected. What do you think about this suggestion – is it overdone? ist it pracicable? do you have better ideas? I am looking forward to your opinion! vy 73 Tom, DL4MCF dl4...@web.de[mailto:dl4...@web.de] ___ Ihr WEB.DE Postfach immer dabei: die kostenlose WEB.DE Mail App für iPhone und Android. https://produkte.web.de/freemail_mobile_startseite/ __ DX4WIN mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:DX4WIN@mailman.qth.net This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
