While I was able to skirt the clashing CI-V data problem with DX4WIN and my
PW1 working with my IC-7600 I tried "Logger32" logging program. 

What I see is logger32 does not suffer the problem that DX4WIN does with
clashing data. When running logger32 logging program I can see the frequency
in its QSO window change as I turn my 7600's VFO dial but never see bogus
frequency displayed in logger32 QSO window.

I can't figure out why logger32 runs fine and DX4WIN has the clashing CI-V
data problem.

Anyone know what the difference could be and maybe DX4WIN could do the same
thing?
