Did you find the on-line help for this?
(you can search for notfound and there should be an entry)

For matching time and date, we use a time window;
see File | Preferences | Import

I am attempting to find out what the LOTW not found report that DX4WIN
generates.  What triggers a QSO to be listed in this report after importing
LOTW?
