Hi Kostas, and anyone else having this issue. I am having the same issue with v9.x Of DX4W. After spending a lot of time trying to get the Dymo 450 to print labels correctly, I went to V8.05 and found out it worked as described. Something in V 9.X is broken with the Custom Label part of DX4W 9.x. Since there has been no other posts I have to figure no one else has a work around or fix. I am writing here to let everyone who has this problem know, the only way I was able to get the labels to print correctly was to use DX4W8.05.
