Being the WAZ award is not on LoTW, could it be the difference between a
paper QSL confirmation compared to a LoTW confirmation?

In my awards listing for WAZ, I have a single band-zone combination with
just a single QSO. It is confirmed as shown in the QSO window, but when I go
to the awards listing, it does not even show that that particular zone/band
combination has even been worked.
The only difference in this QSO vs. the many other which seem to show up OK
