[Dx4win] control PW-1 using Ten Tec Orion-2
I wonder if Paul has any intention of including control of the PW-1 amp from non Icom transceivers? It could be included in the CONTROL of the PREFERENCES to send a CI-V command out a serial port and then be level converted to a CI-V cable to the PW-1. Or better still someone come up with a computer box that would convert the low going leads, per band, of the Orion-2 to an appropriate CI-V command that would be sent to the PW-1. Anyone heard of this request? Thanks. Information is in the respective User Manuals (available on the web at www.microHAM-USA.com/downloads.html) in the system tab for MKII and DKII and PA Port for Station Master. I continue to be impressed with the features available in microHAM products. They are not cheap, but as in all things, you get what you pay for.
