On the second attempt, Windows 10 updated smoothly on my Windows 7 Pro machine. I only had one problem. An old RadioShack usb to serial cable would not work. Fortunately, I had a spare one that I had just purchased from Elecraft. All radios, controllers and ham radio apps work seamlessly -including DX4WIN. The entire upgrade took about an hour. I am still not sure why I ran out of disk space last week. I now have over 180GB of free space on the hard drive.

So I had to abort the upgrade. I am now trying to restore DX4WIN. I somehow lost the ini file in the process, so I am having to rebuild DX4WIN from scratch. Groups appear to be intact within the main log file, but all of my saved filters are gone. Does anyone know what file the group filters are saved to? Thanks in advance. 73, Dave, N4QS ______________________________________________________________ DX4WIN mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/dx4win Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:DX4WIN@mailman.qth.net This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
