I am not using updater yet.

I cannot find the latest file.. the last one showing  is #135 dated 
31 July 2014.


Where can I find the latest file?

I was not using Updater until today.  But I have just moved everything to a
new PC and decided to give Update a go.  It's excellent; quick to install,
simple to use and far easier than copying/importing the new country file
each time.

I recommend it !
