I have used DX4WIN to print thousands of QSL labels. What problems have
you had?

I apologize. I just noticed you were talking about mailing labels, not
QSL labels. Mia culpa.

Re: [Dx4win] QRZ.com XML Lookup in DX4WIN

2011-06-23 Thread Jim Reisert AD1C
I would love a one-button feature to print a QSL label and a mailing
label for the current QSO, using my Dymo label printer.

One shortcoming DX4WIN has today is that you will NOT get a mailing
label if the QSL Manager field is not filled in. This means if you
want to send direct QSLs to fixed stations (say, all the new USA
prefixes you worked in the last WPX contest), there is no easy way to
print a batch of QSO and QSL labels (say on Avery 5160 30 labels per
sheet) and have all the address labels interleaved with the QSO
labels, so you can sit at a card table (no computer access) with a
stack of blank QSLs, envelopes, stamps and the printed labels and go
to town.
