---------------------------- Original Message ---------------------------- Subject: disturbing new beer discovery From: "Weil, Anne" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Date: Wed, March 19, 2008 9:54 am To: "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> -------------------------------------------------------------------------- For those of us who enjoyed the Uncyclopedia definition of a geologist, or (gasp!) even identified with it, Carol Kaesuk Yoon of the New York Times (look under Science) is reporting on a study purporting to show a strong negative relationship between beer drinking and productivity as measured by publication rate. And that's ANY beer drinking at all, not just drinking to excess. Of course, that's correlation, not causation. But still.... Yikes!
