Trying to help a graduate student friend of mine in Puerto Rico Dear Colleagues:
I am trying to help a friend of mine in PR. This friend is a graduate student at one of the universities in Puerto Rico, a nation recently affected by Hurricane Maria. Do know of emergency funds or fellowships for graduate students impacted by natural disasters such as Maria that can be received by a student? The fellowship this student has in Puerto Rico is non-transferable, so this person would have to find funding. The funds would be used to transfer to another school. FEMA does not offer assistance to students who have had their education disrupted. If you have any constructive comment, could you sent it directly to me? blayjo...@gmail.com Gratefully, Jorge Jorge A. Santiago-Blay, PhD blaypublishers.com 1.
