[Ekiga-list] pc-landline problem
Hi All, I've just set up Ekiga and followed the instructions to be able to phone normal phones but when I go to sign in nothing happens and Ekiga freezes. I'm new to this so might have put the wrong thing in to sign in.Can some one help please. For account number do I put account id? and the password the pin code or the password with the account it self. It's like this. I am trying to compile ekiga cvs, but configure fails because there is no ldap support in pwlib. Fedora 6 does not have openldap packages (at least not that I know of). Does that mean I have to compile openldap or will headers suffice? FC 6 DOES have LDAP libraries. Have you tried using yum extender to get what you need? I'm running FC 6 right now, and I will guarantee you that it DOES have all the LDAP stuff. Hi, I have been testing ekiga 2.0.5 on a couple of machines, and I have noticed that SIP support is misbehaving on one of them. The issues I am seeing are: a) ekiga does not ring while waiting to connect b) There are no statistics shown on the panel c) The disconnect button makes ekiga hang I am not using STUN support on the machine that has the problem, because that machine is connected directly to the Internet. (Yes, there's a firewall, but ekiga 2.0.3 negotiated that firewall OK). The sound cards is an ENS1370, with ALSA 1.0.13 (driver and lib) Does anyone else see anything like this, please?
