Yes, Genasun controllers are pretty quiet. I've been using them for at 
least 5 years. I've never seen one rated for more than 10A.

I use a Genasun 60A solar controller for my K2 FD station.  It is dead
quiet as far as I can tell, tiny, and available with the proper voltage for
different chemistries.  Also available in different sizes.

Thanks to all who responded to my inquiry about "clean" inverters. Here is a
summary.
While it is unlikely to find any inverter which is 100% rf quiet, some
designs are much better, or worse, than others. These following products are
FCC compliant [Title 47 (CFR), Part 15 Subpart B for Class B Device] and
have proven to be rf quiet in field use:

Morningstar SureSine series
Samlex inverters
Cotek inverters
One person reported that the SunForce PRO series inverters were very quiet.

Hi Fred, when you operate bypass do you hear a relay click (K8)?  If so the MCU 
is working and you eliminate a good bit of circuitry,

I changed the battery out and still the same issue from 6-80m. Tuner just stays 
on yellow light. Have tried bypass off and on and still seems like same results.
