[Elecraft] [K3] KPA500/K3 software suggestion

When the KPA500 enters Operate mode, shouldn't it do the following?

1) Set the K3 to PWR SET = PER BAND, so that the remembered KPA500 drive
settings take effect.

2) Turn off the ATU in the K3

Interesting, but wouldn't you also have to know which ANT jack on the
back of the K3 had the KPA500?  How is it possible for the firmware to
know? The rule would be if KPA500 enters Operate mode and the K3 is
switched to the ANT jack that had the KPA500

There may be a case for user-defined macros that get executed when the
KPA500 changes to operate / standby mode.
