István, I purchased the 2021 version and my copy didn't include the download code. I called ARRL and they provided it saying some early shipments of books didn't ship with one. Once you have the code, you then go to the ARRL store site and add the 2021 Handbook e-Book (either Mac/Linux or Windows) into your cart. Use the code provided as the coupon code and you'll be able to "purchase" the e-Book for $0.00. I successfully downloaded it using the above. I hope this helps, nall. My 2019 softcover version DID include the disc. It looks to me... For the last few years (since 2019 ???) that the Handbook now comes in three versions. softcover @ $50, eBook @ $50, and "boxed" set @ $60 (with download included)... Yes, I too liked the softcover with the CD/DVD included... It has been a few years since I purchased one. It will be a few years before I purchase another?
