I returned my KIO3A module for repair of the digital I/F board.  It 
arrived Sept. 30 and I just received word that the board will have to 
be replaced.  They are awaiting a run of new boards.  My original 
est. was 15-20 days (its now 28) and am hoping I can have it back in 
time to participate in Nov. 28 ARRL EME Contest.  I operate JT65B and 
need the interface for that.


Tim.On October 5th I requested an RMA to return my K3s for 
repair.They sent me an RMA on the 15th of October.I got an email 
today stating that they have received my K3s.Estimating 15 to 20 work

Hi Tim,
Yep, they are accepting repairs. Sent one of my K3's for repair and a full 
checkout They added some mods. Happy with the fix, turn and price.

We’re still here and have been back accepting and repairing RSAs for many 
months. Elecraft is in good shape - Fortunately the fires were never close to 
the factory, which is not in a forested area.  

I apologize for any confusion with your repair request in May   Apparently 
there was a miscommunication on your request.

and they should be in contact with you tomorrow (Tuesday).
