It's set by the MON (monitor) level according to page 14 of the manual.

Hoping someone can advise "how to turn down the Beep level on a K3". Such as,
when I press the Menu button I hear a loud Beep which is annoying so I want to
turn the level down. This is new as the Beep level used to be much lower.
