I deciced it had to be hoax after 2 paragraphs - I guess I was
thinking - gosh, I hope this is a hoax or the world is in serious
trouble!

And just think how much this will simplify calculations, since
we'll be able to use 3 for both e (2.718281..) and pi
(3.141592..). Look how easy calculating the circumference of a
circle will become, and finding Xl and Xc. Probably won't need
that pesky calculator in many cases - leading to some real
improvements in self-esteem for many having to take those currently
unreasonable math and science courses.

On the Positive side, it will finally put an end to the idiotic pricing of
Gasoline to a tenth of a cent - as if that really matters anymore. Be careful
the next time you buy a pair of shoes and be prepared to buy groceries in even
numbers of pounds. (I can now picture buying strawberries and sifting through
the bins for that evasive berry that makes a full pound.)

Seriously, can still call these idiot legislators half-wits in the belief
they will know what it means? I sure would like to find an April 1st date on
that bill!
