Hi Allan Up I know what the PX3 normally draws. ATC fuse does not h as ve a slow blow style. These are automobile fuses. Yup back in the day slow blow would be the answer but not this time. The PX3 should draw no more than about 200 mA from the 12V supply. When power is first applied, there will be some inrush current due to the filter capacitors but I'm surprised that's enough to blow a 1A fuse. Is it a fast-blow type fuse?
