Hve you checked to make sure that the side tone chip selection is correct? I had this happen one time when I was troubleshooting a KPA100 problem. I checked the mene selection for the source of the side tone chip and it was set to the wrong one. Ken: First I would suggest that you go into the menu and select ST-L and then press the menu button to enter the Menu Edit Function. Then tap the display button until you hear the sidetone. It sounds like your K2 setup has been set to the wrong Sidetone source in the firmware.
