There is a queue status page with hourly processing stats. It's always fun to play armchair-sysadmin. I can't imagine having publicly accessible resources like LOTW or the main ARRL website on the same network segment as their internal network (and phones). I know nothing of their network topology, or what's at HQ, and what's at a data center (far away, network wise). but unless we're there (and I'm really happy not to be right now, given the amount of grumbling), we don't know.
