Re: [Orgmode] Possible html publish inline image bug

2010-06-03 Thread Birch Browning
Yep, that's got it.

Thanks to both of you for fixing this bug. And, thanks for all the great
work on org-mode. It's really improved my efficiency and effectiveness at
getting things done.

  Dear all,

I used to be able to do this:

 [[file:myfile.pdf][file:myfile.jpg]]

to show an image on the html page that was a link to the PDF file. This
now seems to be honked up.

All I get now on the html page is 'file:myfile.jpg' as a link.

 The html produced is:

 a href=myfile.pdfalt=poster image title=Click to download
 PDF.myfile.jpg/a

 Org-mode version 6.36trans (release_6.36.141.gbc53b)

 [[file:myfile.jpg]]

shows the image file inline, but obviously does not link.

 Suggestions?

[Orgmode] export:org-docbook-texinfo-PDF

2009-12-03 Thread Birch Browning
Has anyone here been successful in exporting an orgmode document to docbook,
coverting it to texinfo and then to PDF? If so, would you kindly tell me how
you accomplished this?

I can successfully produce a PDF from Docbook export, but would like to get
it into the texinfo format. If you need more information on my setup, I will
gladly supply it.

Thanks, Birch

[Orgmode] Hosed configuration

2009-06-15 Thread Birch Browning
Earlier today I tried to update my org-mode/remember stuff following
http://doc.norang.ca/org-mode.html. Somehow I hosed my org-mode/remember
config so I started over from scratch. (See http://pastebin.com/m1937d804).

I STILL get an error when I try to use ANY template what-so-ever: wrong type
of argument: listp, 5. If I remove (org-remember-insinuate) I don't get the
error, but I only store a note in a file NOT listed as an agenda file in the
configuration: (~/.notes).

This leads me to believe that some org-mode/agenda/remember stuff is stored
in an 'undisclosed location' and that perhaps that has something funny
stored in it. Is there a way to clear that cached info?

I'm stumped and damn near desperate to get back to work.

Help, please ...

Thumper_ on #org-mode helped me get started from scratch with a new .emacs file.
I must have hosed something but good ...

Thanks Thumper_!
