`ido-find-file' work with `ido-refresh-directory' (bind to `C-l') very
well. But `ido-dired' don't refresh cache with `C-l'.
If emacs crashed, and you have the emacs process in the gdb debugger,
please include the output from the following gdb commands:
`bt full' and `xbacktrace'.
If you would like to further debug the crash, please read the file
c:/Emacs/etc/DEBUG for instructions.
