Dear Members, The following update is based on the discussion with a CNCA representative >from its certification department during the VCCI International Forum 2008 held March 7, 2008 in Tokyo, Japan. In-Country Testing In-country testing is no longer a requirement as long as a country-to-country MRA is signed. The first country to take this advantage is New Zealand. WLAN CCC certification is not mandatory for WLAN except for those products sold to Chinese government. China RoHS Catalogue Fomulation of this catalogue has not been started. The possible items to be included in the first release is more likely to be components. I hope this helps.
