Good morning all

There is any FCC rule that allows temporary deploy a limited number of devices
for customer testing with you FCC Id?. This device has been tested and pass by
the lab but is pending of review by the TCB. I mean to conduct a limited trial
of units that are compliance but without FCC Id label

Thank you for your answer

Re: [PSES] Trial of units compliance but without FCC Id

2019-06-21 Thread Campling, Robert
Hi Daniel,
I am not sure the specifics regarding your question (eg. Why you are
importing), or what quantity you mean by limited (I have seen people refer to
10, or 10,000 as being a limited quantity ). However, the relevant FCC
guidance can be checked here:

https://www.fcc.gov/oet/ea/importation#sec3
(please check FAQ #1)

And this may also refer you to KDB Publication
741304
 depending on your situation/quantity.

Please note, not every country has the same rules as this, and in fact some
countries don’t have any provisions at all, so please just be careful if you
need to ship anywhere else in the world.

Hope this helps!

Many thanks
Rob

[PSES] Trial of units compliance but without FCC Id

2019-06-21 Thread Chris
Yes that is possible without FCC ID.
We did get such permission from FCC but our Attorney handled our application
for CBRS band.
The permission was granted for a year specific to a particular area for
deployment only.Christopher
