I just received word yesterday that IEC has just released the following
publications:
IEC 61000-4-2 (2001-04) Edition 1.2 (ESD) Includes amendments 1&2
IEC 61000-4-3 (2001-04) Edition 1.2 (RF Radiated Immunity) Includes
amendment 1&2
IEC 61000-4-5 (2001-04) Edition 1.1 (Surge) Includes amendment 1
IEC 61000-4-6 (2001-04) Edition  1.1 (Immunity to Conducted Disturbances by
RF Fields)  Includes amendment 1
IEC 61000-4-12 (2001-04) Edition 1.1 (Oscillatory Waves Immunity Test)
Includes amendment 1
 
I would guess the EN version of these would be soon to follow.

EN55024 also specifies a number of discharges at each point, 50 I
believe, that didn't exist before, but the levels are the same, and they
state a preference for contact discharges rather than air. There's been a
bit of discussion about that recently on this list server so I won't go into
that again. They seem to further clarify the performance criteria for ITE as
well. Haven't got it in hand, but radiated conducted immunity is Criteria A,
and the rest seem to be Criteria B.

EN 55024 for ITE replaced EN 50082-1, EN 61000-4-2 replaced IEC 803-2
calling also contact discharge.  This is not "new", if there is anything
else I would like to know!  It has been my experience that those beloved
"third party requests" often ask for specs that have been superceded.  I
would imagine I am not alone...

EN 55024 has a DOW of 07/01/01. This replaces EN 50082-1 for ITE equipment.
Other than that I know there are some updates for the 61000-4 series, but
not sure if ESD is one of them.
