Unless they have opened this up, to receive UL's SCCL notifications (an excellent tool), you must have a customer ID number - being a UL customer does not come for free cough. OSHA publishes a list of standards that labs can be registered to - these are all ANSI/UL/FM standards. There are no 'NRTL' versions. Where there are no significant differences do to national code requirements and where the scope is applicable, UL standards are based on an IEC standard.
