Unless they have opened this up, to receive UL's SCCL notifications (an
excellent tool), you must have a customer ID number - being a UL customer does
not come for free cough.

OSHA publishes a list of standards that labs can be registered to - these are
all ANSI/UL/FM standards. There are no 'NRTL' versions. Where there are no
significant differences do to national code requirements and where the scope
is applicable, UL standards are based on an IEC standard.

FWIW Ken, my first home-grown feed was based on IBM's python and XML examples.

UL allows you to pick Standards that you keep in your (online) library; when
they are updated, you get an email.  Obviously this only helps you for UL
