Chris, I am able to get the USB-ethernet adapter to work. However, I have to turn off the wifi and then unplug the USB cable and plug it back in.
I suspect if I can disable the wifi (so it doesn’t boot with wifi enabled), it may actually but with the usb-ethernet adapter enabled.
