I'm frequently using G43 Hn (n-tool number) and this applies tool length offset from tool table (W), and this also applies offset distance to W axis. What bothers me is that after this G43 Hn, I always have to follow it with G0 W0 which moves Z axis upwards (negative Z) for a distance in W axis which came from W column from tool table, and after that I actually get the right offset (at tool tip).
