Henk,
Send me the information about the encoder and tell me what paperwork is
required. If you don't know what paperwork is required tell me who the
forwarding company is and I will contact them to see if they can tell me
what is required.
I will try to find (internet search/telephone) the required paperwork.
If I can find it I will supply it to the forwarding company or have them
ship me the encoder and ship it myself.
